We did a total renovation in our condo and went for a different look for us. We decided that we wanted to give it a little more intimate feel with the king bed in the bedroom. We have put in all new furniture in the living room and installed flooring. Check out the beautiful granite counters and the homey coffee bar. The whole interior has been repainted in a soothing color. We are big, really big, on cleanliness. When we go on vacation ourselves it is the first thing we want to know when staying somewhere. We do our own managing and cleaning so we make sure that the condo is immaculate when you arrive. Our goal also is to create a place that is affordable but also elegant. A place where you feel like you got more than your money's worth. We really are ideal for couples, small families or a getaway for best friends. We can sleep a maximum of 4 people.
Our complex is located directly across the street from the beach. No long walks. We walk safely over with a traffic light right on our corner and you are standing on the beach in 3 minutes after walking out the front door. Gentle Winds is close to everything. You will be able to walk to restaurants and shops. The public beach area is only 3/8ths of a mile away to visit The Hangout or other popular places down there.
We have used our experience in having our own condos in making your vacation a great memory. Our goal is to have you come back over and over again. Thank you for considering our condo and any of our other places too.

Our rates run from a low of $65/night in slow seasons to $229/night in peak seasons. The main exception to this is Hangout Festival is $369/night with 4 night minimum.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

This place was extremely clean! This is by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at! Super comfy bed! The beach was literally a 3 minute walk away and that’s just because the light at the cross walk! The parking was kinda narrow so be prepared to do a 2-3 point parking maneuver but nothing to complain about! The location was great we could literally walk anywhere we wanted to if you feel like walking 1-2 miles a day you are set because everything we wanted to see seemed to be that far it was great! Tons of extra towels! Very well equipped for cooking and cleaning! Stocked Keurig coffee and maker! Randy was super great at communication! Over all great stay we will definitely be back every summer!

If you are looking for a sign to rent from this amazing host, this is it! Extremely clean condo with a bed so comfortable I have now ordered one!
It’s the ideal location in regards to accessing things. A two minute walk to the beach, just right across the street and your toes are in the sand. An adorable store with everything you could need is right next door, a few steps out of the front door. Central to all activities and the Warf (outdoor mall) I could not ask for a better location. Walking distance to dinning and live music (that can’t be heard from the condo!) and various experiences.

This was my first time Airbnb experience and Randy & Lisa delivered! I had absolutely zero suggestions to make the stay better, because everything was really great. From the clean comfy bed, clean comfy couches and blankets, appliances, directions for the TV’s, towels, trash bags, outlets, extra batteries, and just essentials in general in case they’re needed. Cleanliness in B7 was immaculate. You can tell a lot of love for their guests goes into this place! Communication with Randy was great too. He is super nice and quick to respond, although you probably won’t need to reach him bc everything is perfect! Access to the beach was extremely close and convenient (2 minute walk at the crosswalk, maybe), and it felt like we were in the heart of everything with options to the left and right for miles. Absolutely awesome place and hope to be back soon!

Great one bed room Condo close to the beach and great restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking. Well equipped kitchen. Safe neighborhood. Our second year there plane staying there again.

The property was well maintained, safe and in a great location. I was a little disappointed that some of the area attractions were closed due to the off season, but I was able to find plenty to do. Randy was very responsive to any communication and returned my call quickly when I had a question. The beach was amazing, very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return to this unit in the in the future.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, with the beach, restaurants, and stores all within walking distance. We had relatives camping at the state park and it was a quick drive or easy bike ride to visit.
